📥 Digital Download Policy

All products sold on Digiprino are digital downloads (PDF files). Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

✅ When We Will Issue a Refund

We are happy to help in the following situations:

File not received — If you did not receive your download link after purchase, contact us and we will resend it immediately
Corrupted or unreadable file — If the file you received is damaged or cannot be opened, we will send a replacement right away
Wrong file delivered — If you received a different product than what you ordered, we will correct it promptly
Duplicate purchase — If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge

❌ When We Cannot Issue a Refund

You have already downloaded and accessed the file
You changed your mind after purchase
You do not have a printer or the required software to open PDF files
The product did not meet your personal expectations (please read descriptions carefully before purchasing)
